The Fire Oak Grill opened on the historic square in downtown Weatherford, Texas on July 11, 2007. We serve premium Texas cuisine with a focus on fresh, quality ingredients that are thoughtfully prepared. The menu is inspired by seasonality and locally grown ingredients such as Parker County pecans and peaches. A favorite dessert during peach season is our Parker County Peach Foster. Other quintessentially Texan items such as Dr. Pepper can be found on our menu represented in entrees such as guest favorite, Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Dr. Pepper Sauce.
